Looking back, the year of 2018 plus at least the first half of 2019 were rather bearish for the crypto market. End-2017 and early-2018 saw the Bitcoin price surged from about $7,000 to over $19,000 within a month and swiftly plunged back to a little of $7,000 within almost the same time, if not shorter.
