01 ARPA Development Dynamics & Technology Progress
DeFi
- Began the first iteration cycle of the DeFi project.
- Scheduled engineering development tasks.
- Finalized smart contract security testing strategies.
- Completed the basic concepts section of the DeFi white paper.
- Designed the DeFi governance voting mechanism.
- Integrated and optimized Dapp-wallet connecting schemes.
- Implemented modularization conforming to overall smart contract architecture design.
- Locally built and tested smart contract testing solution.
- Researched DeFi-specific smart contract security issues.
- Finished the design of the registration and authorization system for the e-wallet user.
- Confirmed the CI/CD workflow and began the environment configuration.
- Refactored the source code and started modularization.
- Confirmed the login process.
- Detailed governance parameter with formula.
- Drafted the workflow document for deposits and withdrawals.
- Confirmed smart contract deployment plan.

- Designed secure query strategy for two business partners.
- Composed document for the deployment mode of MPC Computing Platform.

02 Community, Marketing & Listings
ARPA Listed on BitUniverse, Grid Trading Competition Started
On June 16, ARPA was officially listed on BitUniverse. To celebrate, ARPA joined hands with BitUniverse and held a global airdrop event: add ARPA to PICKS and share 40,000 ARPA. Over 1,300 people have participated in the campaign in just 24 hours after its launch.
On June 19, ARPA and BitUniverse held a global Grid Trading Competition.
ARPA Went Live with Chainlink at Bilibili
At 8pm June 18, ARPA co-founder & CEO Felix was invited to the Live Room of Chainlink at Bilibili, engaging in a dialogue with Philip, head of Chainlink in China to discuss the future of smart contract and DeFi.
During the live broadcast, Felix reviewed ARPA’s recent partnership with JD.com, which was covered by CoinDesk and Yahoo Finance, and mentioned that ARPA’s DeFi project is set to go live in September this year. There will be a variety of bonus events right before the launch, so stay tuned!
Binance Opened a New round of ARPA Staking Event
At 8pm June 18, Binance kicked off a new round of ARPA staking event. The subscription amount of this round is 8 million ARPA with an annualized return of 15%.
BitUniverse AMA in ARPA community
At 4pm June 19, Haze, Head of BitUniverse in China, was invited to ARPA community and had an AMA with ARPA co-founder & CGO Yemu.
During the AMA, Haze introduced BitUniverse’s grid trading function and the details of the global Grid Trading Competition held together with ARPA.
ARPA Received A+ Rating from Leading Blockchain Rating Agency Xangle
Authoritative rating agency Xangle gave ARPA project an A+ (solid) rating in a new round of project ratings. It is reported that this grade is the highest of any project currently previously by Xangle.

ARPA Foundation Burnt 10million ARPA Tokens
June 28, ARPA foundation has conducted a new round of monthly token burn. 10,000,000 ARPA tokens were burnt in this round. This is worth about $120,000 at the current price. The amount burnt has been sent to the black hole address shown below.

ARPA Went Live with 499+ Block
At 2p.m. June 1st, Felix Xu, ARPA co-founder & CEO, was invited to the Children’s Day themed Live Room of Bitribe & 499+Block. Felix engaged in a dialogue with Sisi from Binance through video, and started the AMA marathon with many hotshots such as Sun Yuchen and Sky.
ARPA Children’s Day Charity Event
On June 1, ARPA and AEX jointly launched a “Charity Angel, Traveling with Children” fundraising event for paintings.
Users can upload their children’s paintings to the platform, and other users can reward, vote, and share the paintings in order to raise funds for children living in the remote mountain areas. Every time a user votes, AEX and ARPA will donate 10GAT and 0.5 ARPA separately, and every reward will be donated to children living in remote mountain areas to improve their living and learning environment.
ARPA Listed On AEX Exchange
On June 1, ARPA was offically listed on the AEX exchange and started depositing.
ARPA and AEX jointly launched a 180,000 ARPA campaign to celebrate ARPA being listed on AEX exchange:
1. Buy BOOM and share 130,000 ARPA
2. Hold ARPA position and participate in sharing 50,000 ARPA

ARPA listed on SWFT Blockchain
ARPA is now listed on SWFT Blockchain, and ARPA deposit and withdrawal are available now. In addition to the swap between ARPA and more than 200 currencies, it also supports red pocket and payment using ARPA.
To celebrate ARPA officially being listed on SWFT, ARPA and SWFT held an event of sharing 50,000 ARPA!
ARPA is integrating with Decentralized Oracle Network — — Chainlink
On June 9, ARPA announced that we would integrate with Chainlink, the industry-leading distributed oracle network, to bring more reliable data into ARPA’s secure multi-party computing network (MPC) in the future.
Chainlink is a decentralized oracle network that allows smart contracts to access key off-chain resources such as data feeds, various web APIs, and traditional bank account payments. It is known for providing highly secure and reliable oracle services, and is now cooperating with large enterprises such as Google and leading smart contract development teams.
Chainlink will provide ARPA’s MPC network with off-chain data and empower ARPA DeFi infrastructure.

ARPA went live with SWFT community
To celebrate ARPA officially being listed on SWFT, ARPA community held hands with SWFT community, carrying out a live broadcast.
At 4p.m. June 10th, Yemu, co-founder & CGO of ARPA, was invited to the SWFT community to give a speech named “Privacy Computing + DeFi | Build Financial Infrastructure of the Future”.
At 4 p.m. on June 12th, Ye Fei, head of business operations of SWFT in China, was invited to the ARPA community for sharing the status of swap in the future blockchain payment ecosystem.
ARPA went live with 499+BLOCK
On June 10th, ARPA was invited to the Live Room of 499+BLOCK, and cooperated with Yueyue, PR of Gate, to talk about “ARPA DeFi’s Ideas and Growth Strategies”.
The establishment of Partnership Between ARPA and Elrond
On June 13, ARPA announced that we had partnered with Elrond. Applications on the Elrond blockchain will be allowed to perform secure multi-party calculations on the off-chain private computing network of ARPA.
The Elrond project has Binance as its lead investor, and projects such as NGC, ElectricCapital, Maven11, and AuthoritoCapital are also investing. As the leading project in this industry, Elrond has mature technology and wide applications, and is immensely popular in the blockchain industry.
Beniamin Mincu, Elrond’s CEO, is a core member of the NEM team and a blockchain star investor who has invested in more than 30 blockchain projects.

About ARPA
ARPA is a blockchain-based solution for privacy-preserving computation, enabled by Multi-Party Computation (“MPC”). Founded in April 2018, the goal of ARPA is to separate data utility from ownership, and enable data renting. ARPA’s MPC protocol creates ways for multiple entities to collaboratively analyze data and extract data synergies, while keeping each party’s data input private and secure. ARPA allows secret sharing of private data, and the correctness of computation is verifiable using information-theoretic Message Authentication Code (MAC).
