01 ARPA Development Dynamics & Technology Progress

MPC-related Developments

Developed key management system based on MP-ECDSA
Developed distributed signature protocol multi-party point-to-point and broadcast communication module
Developed partial homomorphic protocol for the shallow multiplication based on Paillier additive homomorphism
Developed and optimized nonlinear-linear secret sharing conversion module based on partial homomorphism
Developed secret sharing verification module for strong security requirements
Designed Feldmon verifiable secret sharing protocol architecture
Developed commitment protocol based on SHA256 hash algorithm
MPC maintenance: updated dependent library and environment version; fixed the test network
MPC engineering design: completed the previous iteration plan
Upgraded MPC automatic deployment plan

Development of Threshold Signature MP-ECDSA

Replaced dependent EC operational library, and expanded parameter options that are supported
Realized distributed generation of keys based on Feldman VSS
Developed Commitment and ZKP modules for generating public keys

Project Apollo

Completed iteration of Apollo website, displayed relevant information based on business requirements and updated related components
Explored the possibilities of supporting business needs by using mobile app

ARPA Wallet

Optimized the stability of Staking system
Completed the invitation module, and added the function of pledge invitation and fission invitation
Added the My Pledge module
Implemented real-time interest calculation
Optimized the back-end interest calculation module and started daily interest calculation 15th, September.

02 ARPA Super Node Staking Program

The ARPA Apollo level-2 rocket program, namely, the 80 million staking program, was officially launched at 11:00 on September 2. By 24 o’clock on September 15th, the first batch has been successfully completed. The participating nodes were classified into super nodes, standard nodes, and fission nodes according to the pledge quantity. The maximum official annual return is 30%.

The effectiveness and response of the pledge in this installment far exceeded expectations, and more than 20 supernodes joined the official pledge plan. The official pledge entrance and the total pooled mining of the major exchanges reached 57 million ARPAs, accounting for 22% of the total circulation.

The first super nodes involved include: RockX, MetaNode, Huobi Pool, OKEx Pool, HashFin, HeroFin, InfPool, BEPAL, Genesis Capital, MXC, Bank.xxx, oncloud Fund, Biss, BlockArk, HeroFin GoStaking, BitCMO, Biki, Merkle Capital, Amedeo Capital, Stake.New, TSC, LBank, etc.

The supernodes that have joined and will join will work together with ARPA to promote technology development, commercial applications and ecological construction of the community.

03 Community Progress

Cohosted Chengdu Meetup with LBank

ARPA co-hosted a meetup with LBank in Chengdu on September 5th.

On September 5th, ARPA co-hosted a community meetup in Chengdu, with the participants of MultiVAC, LBANK and many local communities. Wu Zelin, as a representative of ARPA Super Node, delivered a speech entitled “ARPA Global Super Node Program”. Zelin introduced ARPA’s latest technology development and 80 million staking program.

ARPA Live Streaming on Gate.io

On September 12th and 13th, ARPA’s co-founder & CEO Felix was invited to Gate.io Live Room and InfPool Live Room for introducing and sharing the importance of privacy data security and ARPA’s 80 million staking program. Both live streaming were enthusiastically received by the community.

ARPA Went Live on Staking2 Platform

On September 6, 2019, ARPA entered a partnership with Staking2 and announced the official launch on Staking2 platform. ARPA was committed to empowering enterprises to implement multi-party data integration, data sharing and collaborative computing of any custom function and logic. It can be used in financial transactions, credit reporting, marketing, and medical health.

Staking2 is a Staking project information platform built by a senior blockchain technology team. It provided objective and reliable Staking ecological data by deeply exploring the ecological consensus mechanism and tracking & analyzing ecological data at home and abroad. The platform strived to display the most comprehensive information, providing users with the most timely, accurate and professional information on the PoS ecosystem.

The launch of ARPA would provide the Staking2 platform with rich and high-quality ecological information, which would be displayed to users through the Staking2 platform. This partnership was a strong combination that would provide users with higher-quality choices.

ARPA Won the Blockchain Innovation Award

On September 8, 2019, the 2019 Financial Technology Blockchain Summit was held in Hangzhou.

ARPA won the “Blockchain Innovation Value Award” in the List of Financial Trends in the Bull Market with its strong market performance and innovative value assets in 2019.

The summit attracted many well-known entrepreneurs such as Bill Ginovis, Vice President of Huawei Group, blockchain technology experts such as Cai Zhichuan, President of the Asian Blockchain Association, and multiple blockchain authorities such as Kong Huawei, Director of Shanghai Branch of the Institute of Computing Technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.

Issuance of Apollo Level-1 Medals

All the Apollo level-1 modals were distributed and redeemed.

As of September 12, all the Apollo level-1 rocket event ARPA tokens have all been issued, and the Apollo level-1 rocket participants received ARPA tokens by exchanging 2 medals with one ARPA. A total of approximately 500,000 ARPA tokens were given away in this event. Users with invalid addresses or with invalid actions did not get the airdrop.

Gate.io Staking Program Went Online

On September 11, 2019, Gate.io Treasury Management launched the “ARPA Position Plan of 180 Days Treasury Management Products” subscription, with a total amount of 10,000,000 ARPAS and an annual return of 30%.

Staking Discussion

ARPA presented in the Shanghai Blockchain Week and was invited to participate in the “Staking Discussion in Golden Autumn” hosted by RockX on September 16. ARPA’s co-founder and CEO Felix would attend the round-table conference to discuss and witness the role of nodes in staking.

Other participants of the round table included the founders of Infinity Stones, co-founders of CoinEx Exchange, Terra, IoTex, and HashQuark.

Invited to World Crypto Network

ARPA’s co-founder and CEO Felix Xu was invited to participate in the eighth podcast of the prestigious World Crypto Network (57.5k subscribers on YouTube). Felix gave his insights on the market and introduced ARPA’s privacy computing capabilities.

WEB3.0 Forum

On September 17, ARPA’s co-founder Yemu Xu was invited to participate in the WEB 3.0 Forum: a small step in privacy, a big step for Defi. In the forum, Yemu shared the significance of privacy protection in the field of blockchain, and the conceptual promotion of MPC privacy calculation and technical preach.

Other participants of the conference included Lin Huang, Ph.D. in cryptography from Florida, and Beam Marketing Manager Gus.

Gate.io Offline Meetup in Korea

On September 28th, ARPA’s co-founder & CEO Felix Xu was invited to participate in the offline meeting of the Korean Blockchain Week held by Gate.io, and would share the importance of privacy data security and the application of MPC in the blockchain.

GoStaking Staking Subsidy

GoStaking launched the killer staking subsidy by adopting the Gos subsidy method. From September 28th, the ARPA annual r was as high as 219%!

On September 27th, Tang Jirong, the founding partner of S.Capital, was invited to participate in the ARPA community to share and interpret the GoStaking locking subsidy program with Felix Xu, ARPA’s co-founder and CEO.

ARPA Community Meetup in Vietnam

The ARPA community in Vietnam spontaneously held an ARPA consensus party in Hanoi. The party shared and discussed the technical progress of MPC technology in the field of privacy data security, the ARPA token transaction on the Bince DEX through Trust Wallet, and the ARPA 80 million locking pledge plan.
