ARPA와 게이트아이오(Gate.io) 공동 주최한 ‘Thank you 2019 with Gate.io’ 밋업

ARPA는 지난 9일 암호화폐 거래소인 게이트아이오(Gate.io)와 강남구 벨 지움 재즈카페에서 ‘Thank you 2019 with Gate.io’를 주제로 공동으로 밋업을 주최했다.이번 밋업은 게이트아이오 한국의 대표이자 아태지역 부대표인 Tina Yuan의 인사로 시작하여,마지막에 알파 공동 창립자인 Yemu Xu의 연설이 이어졌다.현장의 반응은 매우 뜨거웠다.

ARPA는 안전한 다자연산(MPC)기술을 기반으로 데이터 공유 솔루션을 제공하고 MPC와 블록 체인을 결합해 데이터 프라이버시를 보호한다.현재 징둥,시노켐등 중국 대기업과 전략적 파트너십을 체결했으며 중국정보통신연구원의 MPC 국가 표준을 구축하는데 지원했다.

이번 밋업에서 Yemu Xu는 프라이버시 보호 주제에 대해 연설했다.그는 “현재 오직 1%의 회사만이 자기의 데이터를 공유하거나 수익을 창출하고 있다.알파는 다자연산(MPC)기술를 기반으로 데이터 수집할 필요없이 안전한 데이터 교환 및 공유등을 실현할수 있다”하며 강연했다.

또 그는 “알파는 기술 주도형 회사이며 핵심 팀에는 엔지니어링, 과학연구 및 비즈니스 개발 능력이 있고 구글, 아마존, 푸싱,미쓰비시 연구원및 국가 암호 중점 실험실과 같은 주요 회사에서 근무했으며 교육배경이 우수하고 집행력이 강하다.”라고 말했다.

ARPA는 지난 5일 IT 조선이 주최하는 FinD2019 한국 핀테크 서밋에서 개인 정보 보호 주제에 대해 연설했다. 이번 서밋의 참가자는 바이두, 위 뱅크, 카카오뱅크, 삼성, 우리 은행 등이 있고 후원자는 한국 정부 기관 및 업비트 거래소의 모회사이다.

그리고 한국 최고의 암호화폐 플랫폼 코박이 ARPA의 슈퍼 노드 프로그램에 합류했다. 코박은 ARPA의 최초의 한국 기반 슈퍼 노드이며 ARPA가 한국 시장에서 인지도를 높이는 데 도움이 될 것이다. ARPA는 또한 Cobak의 최초 프로젝트로 슈퍼 노드가 되었다.

Yemu Xu는 “한국 블록 체인 시장은 빠르게 성장하고 있고 창조력이 있어 ARPA는 한국시장에 중점을 둘것이다.앞으로 많은 활동과 소식이 있을 것이다”라고 강조했다.
