Exclusive Interview | Huobi Pool Becomes ARPA Super Node

Not too long ago, Huobi pool officially announced that it has become an ARPA super node. ARPA holders can earn rewards by staking their ARPA tokens on Huobi Pool: www.hpt.com.

ARPA’s current super nodes include some of the largest exchanges in the crypto space, as well as professional staking service providers around the world:

ARPA: Can you give a brief introduction about the Huobi pool?

Huobi pool: Huobi pool is committed to providing users with efficient, safe and professional mining services.

As a new type of mining pool, the Huobi pool organically combines multiple business lines such as PoW + PoS + exchanges to provide one-stop professional services and solutions for various types of digital asset holders and miners, and build a comprehensive mining ecosystem.

We have always done things with an open mind and are committed to reducing the threshold for users to participate in the blockchain and crypto revolution. Huobi Pool is willing to share the fruit harvested by the development of the blockchain industry with the industry participants. Therefore, we will continue to optimize the experience of miners: explore new staking models, support high-quality projects, empower HPT, and help the development of blockchain from multiple perspectives.

ARPA: What are the biggest challenges and achievements you encountered in the process of operating the Huobi pool?

Huobi pool: Huobi pool was established in early 2018. As a new recruit in the mining ecosystem, how to get the industry and user’s recognition in a short time was the biggest challenge we have faced.

To date, Huobi Pool has already become the world’s number one staking pool and one of the top 7 Bitcoin mining pools. We have participated in the operation of more than 30 project nodes and ranked the entire network in the node ranking of multiple POS projects.

ARPA: How did Huobi Pool get to know ARPA?

Huobi Pool: The ARPA team is very pragmatic, and it is also one of the projects that have been listed on Huobi Global in the early time. After we got to know the project, we saw its value in terms of cryptographic operations and the secure flow of private data using blockchain and MPC. As soon as the ARPA team launched the node plan, we got in touch and started our cooperation right away.

ARPA: What are the main things that got your attention after becoming a super node of ARPA?

Huobi Pool: The whole ARPA community and ecosystem is very lively and prosperous, and the team has been dedicated to researching the application of blockchain. After becoming a super node of ARPA, if you take a step back and look at the outcome, I think it these are what’s coming out of it:

1. The partnership enriched the professional experience of Huobi pool as a node.

2. After becoming one of the super nodes, more ARPA hodlers got to know Huobi pool.

3. ARPA joined Huobi pool staking program, which is a great addition for both sides

3. Carried out ARPA-focused marketing campaigns, which greatly increased the exposure both communities

4. All these have been on-point and we have seen tremendous outcomes from the partnership. We continuously strive for in-depth cooperation with ARPA team. While improving current services we provide as a node. We are willing to work with all nodes we service to prosper the ARPA ecosystem together.
